Product Description

Obligation but also our main concern is the information given on the website www.kiriakosgofas.gr concerning on quality, quantity, main characteristics and product prices to be absolutely accurate.

Nevertheless, there may be some differences regarding the size, the color or the texture of the product, because of the photo.

Product Price

The prices shown in the lists next to each product include VAT.

These values relate to the quantities available, while www.kiriakosgofas.gr reserves the right to modify the description and price of products without prior notice, but is committed in the fulfillment of your order to send products ordered with the features and prices posted on the website at the time of order.

Methods of payment

1. Credit / Debit Card:

Each purchase placed at www.kiriakosgofas.gr can be paid by choosing one of the credit card options (VISA or MASTERCARD). There is the ability to provide interest-free installment for the client (1 to 12 installments, installemnt above 100€, minimun installment 20€).

The transactions are made securely online in real-time, between the buyer and the owner of the card with Piraeus Bank, which processes the transaction on behalf of www.kiriakosgofas.gr.

In this process, www.kiriakosgofas.gr has no involvement and sensitive credit / debit card details are not stored in the system.

If the buyer making the transaction is not the same person as the owner of the credit card, www.kiriakosgofas.gr is not responsible and has no obligation to refund.

2. Paypal:

The PayPal lets you pay directly and automatically encrypts confidential data using the best technology in the market.

3. Wire Transfer:

You can choose the bank that is more convenient to you and deposit the amount of your order. If you select that way of payment, please contact us as soon as possible, in order to reserve your selected items.

Don’t forget to write your FULL name or your order number in your deposit receipt and please send us a copy of that.

If you don’t transfer the money within two days from the day of the order, it will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping rates

The products are shipped by courier or by post office and delivered safely to the address you specify. When ordering products abroad the products are sent by courier in 2-8 business days after checkout.

Cyprus, Albania, Bulgaria and Germany:

European Union:

• The Shipment with Post Office costs:30.00€

Rest of Europe:

Please note that for these countries (outside EU) that are subject to customs duties and taxes, charges are paid by the recipient of the package and www.kiriakosgofas.gr assumes no responsibility surcharge from the customs authorities of the country.

Kiriakosgofas.gr does not recognize the existence of any responsibility for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure when the above delivery time will be extended as long as the reason for the delay. All shipping costs are calculated over the shopping bag in the final payment amount. The shipping cost is calculated and proposed in the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer can choose the type of document you want (retail receipt or invoice), filling in the corresponding field site.

For all orders, packing is free.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel the order during the online order process, you can press “cancel” and it automatically stops the ordering process.

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you can exercise your right to return it within fourteen (14) days from the day that you received it.

It is clarified that the returned products should not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the labels accompanying the product should be there, just as they were when you received along with the sales receipt or invoice. It should also be preceded by communication through e-mail to support@kiriakosgofas.gr

For hygiene reasons, earrings are not refundable under any circumstances.

Wedding Rings are made upon request, refunds are not acceptable.

If there is no similar product available with settings requested, we will refund your money or the amount of the purchase of this product is credited to your account and can be used in any new order you wish.

In all these cases the return shipping costs are charged to the customer.

To return a non-defective product return costs is charged by the customer, while the cost of re-send a product to replace a product because of the size is charged to www.kiriakosgofas.gr

Damaged Product

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product, www.kiriakosgofas.gr will endeavor to replace with a same or similar product at no additional cost to you. But you must inform us by e-mail at support@kiriakosgofas.gr to send you instructions for returning the product and return code. If the product is no longer available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product upon request or return your money. For a product return it is necessary to complete the relevant form, which is posted on our website. www.kiriakosgofas.gr has no warranty policy. We are not responsible for any damage can occur from normal wear, misuse and destruction during the removal of labels. The guarantees for the watches have to do only with the mechanical part of the watch and not the case of water penetration.

Limitations of Liability

For all the products contained in the lists of www.gofas.com.gr there is a clear evidence for the availability of our warehouse. The transaction will be deemed completed only after sending written electronic confirmation. If, for any reason, an order is impossible to be processed, we have the right to withdraw and not fulfill it. In case the order has been paid, we will refund the amount to your bank account.
